Extreme Tank Driving

Behold, the Soviet BT-7. A very fast and light tank which only weighed 14 tons. This tank model was mass produced in 1935-1940 and for good reason too – it can cross a freaking bridge that’s dilapidated as fuck. It was the soviet main battle tank in 1941.

Now, you might be thinking that 14 tons is not “light” by any means. But, if we compare the BT-7 to modern tanks which weigh 70 tons or more, you’ll change your mind. Although traversing such a bridge using a tank is a bad idea according to some tank drivers, it does look pretty cool in this gif.
